„STAMPING
FACTILITY“, a profit–centar, operates within „ZASTAVA AUTOMOBILI“ a.d.,
that was founded in 1953 and has been operating ever since as a part of
„ZASTAVA VOZILA“.
The
„Stamping Facility“ was founded in 1960 as a close–loop techological unit
containing necessary equpment for prodaction of stamping, for building
and maintenance of tools.
Production
capacites eneble manufacturing of all classes of stamping for 200.000
vehicles per year as well as complete engeneering and building of dies.
The
production equipment– presses, and the equipment for building and
maintenance of dies were purchased from the Western Europe and Japan.
Efficient equipment and skilled techicall personnel guarantee the quality
of products and on time deliveries.
PRODUCTION
PROGRAM
Production
of all stamping for car program is based upon technological process
composed of the following operations:
- Sheet metal preparati
- Drawing
- Pressing and stamping
- Trimming, punching,
piercing
- Bending
- Supply persons outside
Zastava with various services regarding production of metal sheet
part
- Building of dies for all
categories of presses (small, medium, big) to be used for all kind
of cold deformation treatment of sheet metal
- Building of dies for
treatment of plastics by heat forming, vacuum forming and foaming
(dies for all interior trimming of Zastava vehicles were produced by
our factory)
- Building of models for
tracing and casting
Facility in
providing services to third parties in addition to basic services in
developing all kinds preserskih tools were made and parts of machines,
complete machine assemblies (a device for unwinding the sheet automatic
transfer lines SOENEN Belgium), device profiling tube (Milanovic
engineering "for the German market ), welding and CNC machining the
mount (UNIOR Zreče - Slovenia), swage ...
Tenders for equipment of Stamping facility will be done by
