Production program

All mechanical assemblies for motor cars, except engines are manufactured in the MECHANICAL TREATMENT factory.

Gear box (IV and V gear) of original FIAT construction, with a differential and main reduction pair for a transverse positioned front wheel drive engine, with the transmission moment of up to 16 daNm and Borg Warhner or Porsche synhronization.

Complete production of all gear box elements - boxes, gears, hacked shafts, syhnronization elements, elements for involving the desired gear and complete differential is being performed in PC MECHANICAL TREATMENT.

Transmission - axle shafts and tripoid cross

Front suspension assembly (McPherson system) - Lemforder and Ehrenreich type arm, hub and wheel support, front wheel brake disk - clamp according to Girling system and disc 

Rear suspension assembly - independent, "H" suspension, journal, bearing hub and arm

Rear brake block assembly

Complete steering mechanism with rack and pinion under the license TRW

Gear box handler and control system - brake, clutch, gas
