PRODUCTION CAPACITY AND RESOURCES

Production capacities for manufacturing of parts and assemblies were projected for 200.000 vehicles per year and they include 3 plants with 52 production lines, specialized equipment (transfer lines) of high productability, high accuracy level and processing quality.

Useful plant area: 81.017 m²

PC MECHANICAL TREATMENT has free capacities for assemblies and elements manufacture for its production program as well as the parts from the same program first of all FIAT's but also the other producers designs. We can accent capacities for production of 3.000.000 gears with shaving as finishing treatment and brake discs and drums - 300.000 each.

There are capacities for production of rear axle shafts (with reduction gears by GLEASON system) and sharpening of all kinds of cutting tools.

Beside the aforementioned, PC MECHANICAL TREATMENT Factory can offer available capacities in following types of machine processing of all kinds of steel, castings of gray cast iron, nodular cast iron and light alloys: lathe processing, all kinds of milling, boring and cutting of screw threads, all kinds of broaching, abrading, rolling of splined profiles, manufacturing of cylindrical toothing with straight and bevelled teeth through the method of gear hob, Phauter system with shaving processing, manufacturing of toothing with straight and bevelled teeth through the method of planing, manufacturing of conical - spiral gears according to the Gleason method in series, manufacturing of conical - spiral gears of single pairs in small series -according to Gleason Unitool method, manufacturing of conical gears with straight teeth in series - Gleason Revacycle method.

MECHANICAL TREATMENT FACTORY can offer free capacities in the following types of the machine treatment off all kinds of steel, castings from grey, temper, nodular cast iron and light alloys:

• lathe processing, ø 6-250mm and max lenght  800mm, including bar parts, whose diameter is up to 100mm, on multi-spindle mashines;

• all kinds of milling, boring and cutting of screw threads -  external and internal;

• all kinds of broaching - external-motion 1800 mm and internal-diameter ø 6-100mm;

• all kinds of grinding - surface grinding-max. width of grinding 600mm, external round - max.ø350mm, internal - ø16-170mm, threading by grinding;

• rolling of splined profiles - max width of rolling 100mm, max. length of working piece 724mm, max. diameter of working piece 145mm;

• manufacturing of cylindrical gears with straight and bevelled teeth through the method of gear hob, Phauter system with shaving processing: min. number of teeth z=6, max. modulus m=6, max. diameter of working piece ø250mm, max. length of toothing 210mm;

• manufacturing of gears with straight and bevelled teeth through the method of planing: max. modulus m=5mm, max. diameter of working piece for external toothing ø265mm, max. diameter of working piece for internal toothing ø500mm, max. length of planing 50mm;

• manufacturing of bevel - spiral gears according to the Gleason method in series: max. modulus m=10mm, max. pitch diameter ø266mm, max. distance 230mm, max. width of toothing 41mm;

• manufacturing of bevel - spiral gears of single pairs in small series -according to Gleason Unitool method:  number of teeth 5-150, crossing angle 900  and more;

• manufacturing of bevel gears with straight teeth in series - Gleason Revacycle method: number of teeth 8-50, max. width of toothing 28,6mm.

 

This production is followed by the complete HEAT TREATMENT, including:

• case hardening, depth 0,2-1,4mm 

• carbonizing, depth: 0,1- 0,8mm

• full annealing

• refinement

• nitriting, depth 0,2mm 

• induction hardening, max power 160 kW

• sandblasting of different parts, max dim. 250x250x300mm

• surface protection - dry lubrication - phosphatyzation, max lenght of piece 800mm
